Level 1 ASP (Accredited Service Provider)
Touchstone Systems is an accredited Level 1C Accredited Service Provider with Endeavour Energy, delivering contestable distribution network works across New South Wales. From substation construction and overhead distribution to underground cabling, high-voltage cable jointing and street lighting, our team plans, builds and commissions network assets to the technical standards of the local Distribution Network Service Provider (DNSP) and the requirements of the NSW ASP Scheme.
We work with developers, principal contractors, asset owners and Endeavour Energy to deliver new connections, network augmentation, substation upgrades, public lighting projects and infrastructure renewals. Every Level 1 engagement is managed end-to-end, from Notice of Service Work lodgement through design coordination, construction and energisation, to as-built handover and certification.
Our Level 1 Capabilities
- Construction of kiosk, pole-mounted and chamber substations.
- Installation of timber, concrete and steel poles.
- Erection and stringing of overhead distribution lines.
- Trenching and conduit installation.
- Installation of high voltage and low voltage cabling.
- Jointing of XLPE cables up to 22kV.
- Installation of street and area lighting systems.
- GIS services, including GPS field data capture and CAD integration.
Accreditation and Partner Delivery
We hold Level 1C accreditation with Endeavour Energy – building or augmenting the electricity distribution network, where only polymeric underground cables exist.
Where a project extends beyond our directly accredited scope, we partner with approved Level 1 subcontractors – each pre-qualified for accreditation, insurance, WHS and quality management – so clients get a single point of accountability and the same standards of safety, compliance and workmanship across the full Level 1 spectrum.
