Power Distribution Boards
- Design and manufacture of custom low voltage (LV) power distribution panels
- Form-rated assemblies (Form 1–4) to meet project and safety requirements
- Incoming supply configurations including ACB, MCCB and fused switch options

- Load segregation and essential / non-essential supply arrangements

- Integration of leading PLC platforms including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider and Omron
- Network design and integration including Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP and fibre optic systems
- Integration with SCADA, DCS and cloud-based monitoring platforms
- Power supply design including redundancy and UPS integration where required
- Scalable architectures for small standalone systems through to large plant-wide control
- Distributed I/O systems to reduce cabling and improve installation efficiency
- Intrinsically safe (IS) and hazardous area (Ex) panel designs
